We are looking for someone that is highly motivated and has the ability to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team.
The role is to support the Business Manager and the Senior Centre Management in delivering a highly professional service to the Centre’s clientele.

Duties to include:
• To be able to demonstrate a high level of customer care to ensure Shaftesbury Young People services are promoted positively at every opportunity.
• To carry out the front of office service, to include reception duties, telephone and email enquiries, supplying relevant information to the public and assisting in promoting and booking the facilities, ensuring high standards of customer care.
• To create booking contracts, confirmations and sales invoices from the booking system.
• To be responsible for the social media platforms and the updating of the Arethusa web site.
• To assist the Business Manager with marketing campaigns and attendance at events.
• To be confident with cash handling, card payments and assisting with reconciling various floats on a daily basis.
• To be responsible for the on-site souvenir shop, stock re-ordering and replenishment.
• To be responsible for the checking of the first-aid kits and the replenishment of stock in accordance with procedure.
• To carry out general office tasks and to provide general administrative support within the Admin department.
