Shaftesbury Young People is one of the UK’s oldest children’s Charites, dedicated to the education of, and assistance to, the most disadvantaged and excluded children and young people. With education centres in London, The Midlands and the East of England, the charity has exciting plans to expand its reach and influence to more young people in many more parts of the UK and to move into social enterprise projects.
The use of social media, digital communication platforms and web based marketing is key to our expansion plans and we are now seeking a qualified and skilled digital communications and marketing professional to lead this process.
You will be graduate qualified in digital marketing and communications and with the ability, dedication, empathy and energy to work towards our targets, with the minimum of direct supervision. You will be a ‘finisher’, clearly motivated by end results. Prior experience is not as important as the possessing the right skills, dedication and attitude. Experience in the charitable sector is not necessary.
