37hours a week 25 days annual leave

Shaftesbury Young People (SYP) is one of the UK’s oldest children’s Charites, dedicated to the education of, and assistance to, the most disadvantaged and excluded children and young people. We operate in several locations in the Midlands and London and we manage our own adventure education centre on the River Medway.

We now have an exciting opportunity available at our Bromley Head Office for a Fundraising Administrator  to join our growing central support team.

For the Fundraising Administrator we are seeking a dedicated individual with excellent written and numeracy skills. Prior experience in fundraising and completing funding grant applications would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided.  The individual must be detail driven, accurate in research and analysis and capable of undergoing some basic financial training. The ability to use initiative to achieve results is essential, as is the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. This post would suit a recent college leaver seeking a first position.

Closing date for applications is 17th June 2016; Interviews are planned for Early July. Only short listed candidates will be contacted, by then end June 2016.
